Shipping policy

We currently ship across New Zealand and Australia.

Processing Times

Orders are packed and dispatched within:

  • 1–3 business days (NZ orders)

  • 3–5 business days (AU orders)

Processing times may be slightly longer during product launches or holiday periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Approximate guidelines:

  • New Zealand: Flat rate or weight-based

  • Australia: Standard international rates

Delivery Timeframes

  • NZ: 2–5 working days

  • AU: 7–14 working days

Rural areas may take longer.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact the courier provider directly using your tracking number.

If your parcel appears lost, contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

Little Roamers is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
