If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Change of Mind

Due to the nature of children’s activity products, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing an order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product + packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or shipped.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.
